Daylilies are easy-to-grow perennials that grow quickly.  They can be divided every couple of years, giving you more plants to make more gardens.

Most Daylilies bloom heavily for about one month and each bloom lasts for one day, hence the name of Daylily.

The following images of Daylilies are just a few of our favorites:

Above-left: 'Kitten's Paw' Daylily has a huge and beautiful peach colored bloom, which is very unique in a perennial garden.  Above-right: 'Siloam Plum Tree' Daylily is a majestic purple.  The Siloam Plum Tree is a short daylily and is a great accent in a pink and purple perennial garden.

Some new Daylilies are rebloomers, meaning that they bloom on and off through June, July and August like the 'Cranberry Baby' shown above-left and the 'Little Business' shown above-right.  The Cranberry Baby is a short, hot pink reblooming daylily. These are great for landscaping and perennial gardens.  The Little Business is a short, red reblooming daylily.  This daylily is superb for both landscaping applications and perennial gardens.
