Our garden designers interview clients personally over the phone, using an internet site where we have created a series of photographic examples which leads us through understanding your likes and dislikes, wants and needs. We don't have canned garden designs. You will speak directly with a designer and a custom garden design will be created based on your creative choices and the realities of your lifestyle and of the site.

The design package contains a "to scale" DETAILED garden design complete with a key showing each plant, the bloom times, color and height; and a link to a photo slideshow of the plants we selected for you. We have most of the photos, so you'll be able to review most of the plants before you buy them.

During your initial consultation with our designer you will discuss whether you want to bid this project out to several landscapers, do the work yourself, or a combination. The designer will help you decide what final products you will need from us. For example if you are doing a small perennial garden our normal email service would be adequate. If it is a large entire yard project you will want to purchase a paper plan (or two).

You will be able to have an initial email PDF review of the project before it is finalized. The initial review is within two weeks of your deposit AND receipt of your measurements and photos. Then we will make any revisions we discuss and compete the design. The design will be emailed via a PDF file as well as the link to your custom photographic slideshow.
